CEO Elijah has spent his life mastering both mental and physical discipline. A lifelong athlete, he played basketball and football from kindergarten all the way through varsity in high school. He’s also trained in martial arts since childhood—boxing, jiu-jitsu, karate, and Muay Thai—bringing a unique mix of grit, focus, and strategy to everything he does. After high school, Elijah pursued a degree in business but quickly realized he could change his life faster by betting on himself outside the classroom. That bet paid off. In his previous company, he shattered sales records for the most closed deals in a single day and a single week—records that still stand. Now, Elijah brings that same relentless energy and mindset to his own business, combining the heart of an athlete, the discipline of a fighter, and the vision of a true entrepreneur. He doesn’t just play to win—he trains to dominate.

Kendra Reeves

Assistant Director Kendra is a marketing professional with a passion for creativity and strategy. She’s driven, resilient, and focused on goals of owning her own business and pursuing real estate. Outside of work, she loves traveling, attending concerts, and embracing new experiences.

Alec Weber

Assistant Director Alec Weber is an Account Manager on the AT&T Business Campaign for EMG. As a leader in and out of the office, Alec is consistently improving himself and others in sales, marketing, recruiting and training. Coming from an athletic background and always wanting to run his own business; Alec brings his work ethic, student mentality and great energy to the business everyday while working towards his goal of running and managing his own company!

Junior Directors Emily is a driven individual passionate about personal growth and helping those around her succeed. She enjoys outdoor adventures, including snowboarding, hiking, and traveling, which fuel her curiosity and resilience. Junior Directors Ashley is a creative and driven individual with a passion for arts and crafts, cooking, and traveling. Committed to both personal and professional growth, Ashley actively works toward becoming the best version of herself. With a vision of owning and running her own business, she see’s every opportunity as a stepping stone toward their ultimate goal of opening a spa to retire her family.
